Nationwide delivery regardless of the size of your order
Delivery is usually within 3 working days and your order will be sent by the most efficient method. However, weight and size of the consignment may dictate specific carriers to be used.
Delivery charges are advised at time of confirming your order and prior to completion of online payment (all prices exclude VAT).
In any event, should there be a perceived problem with delivering your order within the three working days, Rolltek will contact you immediately on receipt of the order during normal working days and hours.
Notwithstanding the three working days, please note that some items can take up to 30 days from the date of the order acknowledgment to be delivered.
If the three working days is extended and suitable other delivery time cannot be arranged or the 30 days is impossible to meet or if an alternative product cannot be supplied by agreement then the company will fully refund and cancel your order.
PALLETISED FREIGHTif the item is too heavy or large for standard transport the goods will be despatched by Pallet Carrier.
You must ensure suitable equipment and personnel are available to receive the pallet at the delivery address.
